Job summary

Warby Parker is seeking a Licensed Optical Supervisor to join our Hamilton Corner team. As a store leader and keyholder, you will drive exceptional eyewear service, supervise the Optical staff, and ensure operations run smoothly while delivering outstanding customer experiences.

The ideal candidate is an ABO-certified or licensed dispensing optician with 2+ years of supervisory experience, strong communication skills, and a keenness for teamwork in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Licensed dispensing optician or ABO-certified optician with 2+ years of experience and supervisory responsibilities.
• Passionate about eyewear and retail industry.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with eyewear needs and explain prescription terminology.
• Take and record measurements, fit eyewear with accuracy and care.
• Ensure finished eyewear meets optical standards and customer requests.
• Lead and mentor the Optical team and manage store operations.
• Open and close the store as a keyholder and maintain daily procedures.
