Job summary

Warby Parker is seeking a Licensed Optical Supervisor to lead our optical team at Mayfaire Town Center. As a keyholder, you’ll open/close, guide opticians and retail advisors, and ensure exceptional customer experiences with accurate measurements and eyewear fitting.

The role blends hands-on optical duties with leadership—mentoring apprentices, maintaining inventory, and upholding Warby Parker standards. You’ll use your ABO license or equivalent to educate customers and keep operations running

Qualifications

• Licensed dispensing optician with 2+ years, ABO-certified preferred.
• Ability to explain prescription terminology clearly to customers.
• Strong customer service and leadership skills.
• Detail-oriented and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Optical team and apprentices.
• Open/close store as a keyholder and oversee operations.
• Maintain store systems, inventory, and business operations.
• Ensure eyewear meets optical standards and customer requests.
• Provide exceptional on-floor customer service and eyewear fittings.
