Warby Parker is seeking a Licensed Optical Supervisor for the Newbury St location. In this role you will supervise the optical team, assist customers with eyewear needs, take measurements, and ensure eyewear meets optical standards.

You will also open/close the store as a keyholder and uphold Warby Parker standards on service and operations. Ideal candidates are licensed dispensing opticians with 2+ years of supervisory experience who can explain prescription terminology and lead a positive,

Qualifications

• Licensed dispensing optician with 2+ years of supervisory experience.
• ABO certification required or ABO-certified status in non-licensing states.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with eyewear needs and measurements with accuracy.
• Explain prescription terminology and product offerings to customers.
• Lead and mentor optical team and apprentice program participants.
• Maintain store systems, inventory, and daily operations.
• Open and close the store as a keyholder and uphold Warby Parker standards.
