As a keyholder, you’ll open/close the store, mentor opticians and retail staff, maintain inventory, and uphold Warby Parker standards. Strong communication and detail‑oriented work style are essential.

Qualifications

• Licensed dispensing optician or ABO-certified with 2+ years of supervision experience.
• Strong communication and leadership capabilities.
• Detail-oriented with ability to explain terminology clearly.

Responsibilities

• Lead optical duties: measurements, fittings, and ensuring standards.
• Open/close the store as a keyholder and mentor to staff.
• Foster a productive, guest‑centered service culture and manage inventory.
