Job summary

Warby Parker is seeking an Optical Supervisor to join our growing team of in-house optical professionals at our Brandon, FL location. You will rely on optical expertise, a friendly demeanor, and product knowledge to create exceptional customer experiences while acting as a keyholder to open/close the store and maintain operations.

You will lead the Optical team, including the Optician Apprentice Program, ensure accurate eyewear fittings, and uphold Warby Parker standards in service and store

Qualifications

• Licensed dispensing optician (or ABO-certified) in eligible states with 2+ years of experience
• Proven supervisory and leadership abilities in a retail optical environment
• Strong communication skills to explain prescription terminology and product options to customers

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with eyewear needs and measurements with precision
• Lead store operations, open/close procedures, and staff zoning per company standards
• Mentor Optical team and participate in apprentice program
• Maintain inventory databases and general store systems
• Foster a positive, productive team culture
