Warby Parker is seeking an Licensed Optical Supervisor to join our Las Olas team, leading an in-store optical department with enthusiasm and expertise. You will guide the optical staff, ensure precise measurements and fittings, and deliver exceptional customer experiences daily.

Qualifications

• Licensed dispensing optician or ABO-certified with 2+ years of supervisor experience.
• Passionate about eyewear and retail industries.
• Clear, effective communicator who explains terms to customers clearly.
• Detail-oriented, adaptable, and a strong team player.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with eyewear needs and take/record measurements with accuracy.
• Explain prescription terminology and product offerings to customers.
• Open/close the store as a keyholder and support store operations.
• Lead and mentor the Optical team, including Apprentice Program participants.
• Maintain store systems and inventory and foster a positive culture.
