You will supervise opticians and retail staff, open and close the store as a keyholder, and ensure operations run smoothly while upholding Warby Parker standards.

• Licensed optician with 2+ years of supervisor experience.
• Strong eyewear product knowledge and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with eyewear needs and fit.
• Take measurements and fit eyewear with accuracy.
• Ensure eyewear meets optical standards and customer requests.
• Explain prescription terminology and available options to customers.
• Lead and mentor Optical team and manage store operations.
