Job summary

Warby Parker is seeking an Optical Supervisor for the Midlothian Depot. You will oversee in-house optical operations, assist customers with eyewear needs, and lead a team of opticians and retail advisors. The role requires a licensed dispensing optician with supervisory experience and strong product knowledge.

You will open/close the store as a keyholder, manage inventory and workflows, and foster a positive team culture while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Licensed dispensing optician with 2+ years of supervisory experience.
• ABO-certified optician or equivalent licensing.
• Strong eyewear product knowledge and customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with eyewear needs and measurements.
• Explain prescription terminology and product options to customers.
• Lead and mentor Optical team and Apprentice Program participants.
• Maintain store systems and inventory, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
