Warby Parker is seeking an Optical Supervisor in Boston to lead our team of optical professionals. You will guide fittings, measurements, and customer interactions with a focus on accuracy and service, while also helping manage store operations as a keyholder.

The ideal candidate will be a licensed dispensing optician with at least 2 years of supervisory experience and a passion for eyewear, technology, and expert customer care.

Qualifications

• Licensed dispensing optician in states that require a license or ABO-certified optician in non-licensing states, with 2+ years of experience including supervisory duties.
• Strong eyewear product knowledge and a passion for customer service.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the Optical team, including Optician Apprentice Program participants.
• Open/close the store and support daily operations as a keyholder.
• Provide exceptional customer service and expert eyewear fitting and adjustments.
• Maintain store systems and inventory to support smooth operations.
