Warby Parker is seeking an Optical Supervisor to lead an in-house optical team in a fast-paced retail environment. You will manage operations, mentor the Optician Apprentice Program participants, and ensure high-quality eyewear fitting and customer service.

The ideal candidate is a licensed dispensing optician with at least two years of supervisory experience, passionate about eyewear, and a strong communicator who can adapt to a dynamic store setting.

Qualifications

• Licensed dispensing optician with ABO certification where required
• 2+ years’ experience including supervisory responsibilities
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced retail environment

Responsabilités

• Lead optical team and ensure service standards
• Open/close store as keyholder and manage operations
• Take measurements, fit eyewear, and check quality against specs
• Explain prescription terminology and product offerings to customers
• Drive store vision and sales through excellent floor service and customer questions
• Maintain store systems, inventory databases, and routines
• Foster a positive, productive team culture
