Job summary

Warby Parker is seeking an Optical Supervisor to join our growing team of in-house optical professionals. As a store leader and keyholder, you’ll oversee optical duties, mentor the optical team, and ensure flawless service.

You are a licensed dispensing optician (or ABO-certified) with 2+ years of supervisory experience, passionate about eyewear and helping customers find the right glasses. This on-site role also supports store operations and a positive, dynamic culture.

Qualifications

• Licensed dispensing optician (or ABO-certified) with 2+ years of experience, including supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong customer service and eyewear product knowledge.
• Clear communicator who can translate prescription terms for customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead optical duties including measuring, fitting, and ensuring eyewear meets standards.
• Set store up for success daily by enforcing procedures and guiding the Optical team.
• Mentor Optician Apprentices and manage store operations and inventory.
