Job summary

Warby Parker is seeking an Optical Supervisor to lead our in-store optical team and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will leverage your optical expertise and product knowledge to guide customers, take measurements, and ensure accuracy in eyewear fitting.

As a keyholder, you will open/close the store and drive daily operations, while mentoring opticians and retail advisors in a fast-paced environment. A licensed optician with ABO certification and leadership experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Licensed dispensing optician with state license or ABO certification.
• 2+ years of experience supervising optical staff.
• Strong customer-service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise optical team and customer service on the floor.
• Take and record measurements, fit eyewear with accuracy.
• Ensure eyewear meets optical standards and customer requests.
• Explain prescription terminology and product offerings to customers.
• Open/close store and manage daily operations as a keyholder.
