Job summary

Warby Parker is seeking an Optical Supervisor to lead our in-house optical team and drive exceptional customer experiences. You will teammate with opticians and retail advisors, ensuring eyewear fits precisely and meets quality standards, while upholding store processes and guest satisfaction.

The role emphasizes leadership, coaching, and hands-on eyewear expertise in a fast-paced retail environment. A licensed optician with ABO certification is preferred, and the position offers full-time hours

Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years in a supervisory role within eyewear retail.
• Strong knowledge of eyewear terminology and fit standards.
• Excellent communication with customers and team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations to ensure service and store standards.
• Assist customers in selecting frames and recording measurements.
• Train and mentor Optical team and Apprentice Program participants.
• Oversee inventory, pricing, and eyewear quality control.
• Foster a positive, productive culture and resolve issues promptly.
