Warby Parker in Lynnwood, WA seeks an Optical Supervisor to lead an enthusiastic team of opticians and sales associates. You’ll leverage optical expertise and service excellence to ensure exceptional customer experiences and accurate eyewear fitting.

As a keyholder, you’ll help open/close the store and drive daily operations, while mentoring the Optical team and maintaining store systems. This role rewards leadership, attention to detail, and a proactive, upbeat work style.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed dispensing optician or ABO-certified.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience, including supervisor responsibilities.
• Strong eyewear knowledge and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with eyewear needs and measurements.
• Open/close store as a keyholder and maintain operations.
• Lead and mentor Optical team, including Apprentice Program participants.
• Maintain inventory databases and store systems.
• Foster a productive, positive team culture and high service standards.
