Warby Parker in Atlanta seeks an Optical Supervisor to lead our in-store optical team. You’ll rely on your expertise to assist customers, take measurements, fit eyewear, and ensure products meet our standards.

As a keyholder, you’ll open and close the store, mentor the Optician Apprentice Program participants, manage inventory, and uphold Warby Parker’s service standards in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is a licensed dispensing optician with 2+ years’ supervisory experience,

Qualifications

• Licensed dispensing optician with 2+ years of supervisor experience.
• Passionate about eyewear and retail.
• Clear communicator who explains terms in simple language.
• Team player capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with customers to meet eyewear needs.
• Take and record measurements, fit eyewear, and ensure accuracy.
• Verify eyewear meets our optical standards and customer requests.
• Explain prescription terminology and product offerings to customers.
• Lead store operations, and mentor Optical team and Apprentice Program participants.
• Maintain inventory databases and general store systems.
