Job summary

Warby Parker is seeking an Licensed Optical Supervisor to lead our South Beach Regional optical team. You will supervise, mentor, and open/close store operations while delivering exceptional eyewear care and customer experiences.

The ideal candidate holds a licensed dispensing optician credential or ABO certification with 2+ years of supervisory experience, and is passionate about eyewear, detail-oriented, and ready to drive store success.

Qualifications

Licensed dispensing optician in states that require a license or ABO-certified optician in non-licensing states, with 2+ years of experience, including supervisor responsibilities.
Ability to explain prescription terminology clearly to customers.
Detail-oriented with strong customer-focus and communication skills.
Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop optical staff.

Responsibilities

Directly assist customers to meet eyewear needs and ensure accurate measurements, fittings, and adjustments.
Check finished eyewear against optical standards and customer requests.
Explain prescriptions and product options to customers.
Lead and mentor the Optical team and oversee store operations and inventory.
