Warby Parker seeks a Licensed Optical Supervisor for our Johns Creek, GA store. You will lead a team of opticians and retail advisors, open/close operations, and uphold the Warby Parker standard while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

You are a licensed dispensing optician with ABO certification preferred, 2+ years of supervisory experience, and a passion for eyewear. This full-time role includes competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current license as a dispensing optician or ABO-certified in non-licensing states.
• 2+ years of experience, including supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong communication and customer-service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead optical duties: take/record measurements, fit eyewear with accuracy, explain terminology.
• Oversee store operations: set daily store up for success, mentor Optical team, manage inventory and systems.
• Drive sales through outstanding service and issue resolution; act as main contact for questions.
