Job summary

Warby Parker is seeking an Optical Supervisor in Alpharetta, GA to lead a team of in-house optical professionals and ensure exceptional customer experiences. You’ll perform eyewear measurements, fitting, and ensure all eyewear meets our optical standards while guiding the team in service excellence.

You will manage store operations, train staff including the Optician Apprentices, and foster a positive, energetic work environment.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed dispensing optician or ABO-certified with 2+ years of experience including supervision.
• Strong customer service focus with ability to explain eyewear terminology to customers.
• Proven leadership skills and ability to mentor staff in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with eyewear needs, take measurements, fit eyewear, and ensure accuracy.
• Maintain store operations, set daily goals, and uphold Warby Parker standards.
• Lead and mentor Optical team, including Apprentice program participants, and foster a positive culture.
• Manage inventories and store systems to support sales and service excellence.
• Provide above-and-beyond service on the sales floor and act as primary contact for questions.
