Job summary

EssilorLuxottica’s LensCrafters store in Lexington, KY seeks a Store Manager to lead operations, training, and guest experience. You will drive KPIs by aligning the Brand Story with flawless customer service and efficient store execution.

You will hire and coach a team, collaborate with the optometry partner, and ensure inventory, safety, and visual standards are consistently met. This position emphasizes leadership in a fast-paced retail optical setting.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• State licensure/ABO Certification in non-licensed states if applicable.
• College degree or equivalent preferred.
• Strong communicator and listener.
• Sales and cash handling proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Ensure LensCrafters team delivers unsurpassed Customer Service.
• Provide training and coaching to the team using company programs.
• Analyze reports to improve store KPIs (NPS, sales vs plan, customer counts, etc.).
• Attract and hire an engaged team for the right coverage.
• Partner with the Doctor of Optometry to elevate customer/patient experience and KPIs.
• Maintain operations, inventory, and visual standards per guidelines.
• Enforce safety programs to keep a safe, engaging workplace.
