Target Optical, part of EssilorLuxottica, is seeking a Licensed Assistant Manager to drive the guest experience and store performance. You will lead with clear communication, teamwork, and coaching while aligning with brand standards.

You’ll partner with the Optical Store Manager to meet daily sales goals, recruit and develop team members, and maintain a best-in-class shopping environment. This full-time role emphasizes leadership and customer care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
• License as required by State law.
• 2+ years retail or customer service experience.
• Selling skills and customer focus.
• Self-motivated with teamwork and accountability.
• Experience in recruitment and coaching others.

Responsibilities

• Lead on delivering the Target Optical guest experience and WOW service.
• Partner with Store Manager to plan profitable store sales.
• Provide floor leadership and guidance to team members.
• Recruit, interview, train, and develop Optical Team Members.
• Ensure schedules, promotions, and brand initiatives are executed.
• Maintain store presentation and merchandising at a high standard.
