You will oversee daily dispensary functions, drive sales, manage a team of optical associates and licensed opticians, and ensure an exceptional patient experience. This role requires proven leadership in optical, retail, or healthcare management, strong financial/operational acumen, and excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of the optical dispensary, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and compliance with company standards.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with clients, providers, technicians, and administrative staff.
• Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing optical sales team.
• Oversee sales performance, inventory management, patient flow, and merchandising strategies.
• Ensure accurate processing of orders and insurance claims, and timely delivery of financial reports.
• Monitor and improve key performance metrics, including sales, collections, and receivables.
• Implement promotional initiatives and input on product selection and inventory needs.
• Serve as the primary liaison between leadership and our client.
