Job summary

LensCrafters, part of EssilorLuxottica, seeks a Store Manager in Franklin, TN to lead operations, sales and patient care. You will coach staff, align with the Doctor of Optometry, manage inventory and visual standards, and drive KPIs while ensuring a safe, engaging work environment.

Applicants should have 4+ years of management experience and strong communication, sales and math skills, with knowledge of optical products and store metrics.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• 4+ years management/supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of operations, processes and business implications.
• Strong influencing and negotiating skills.
• Team building and management skills.
• Knowledge of current optical theory and merchandise.
• Strong communicator and listener.
• Strong math skills (add/sub/mul/div).
• Sales skills.
• Familiarity with cash register, computers and calculators.
• Ability to manage time under aggressive deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the LensCrafters team provides unsurpassed Customer Service.
• Provide training and coaching to the team leveraging Company provided programs.
• Analyzes reporting to create and implement action plans to improve store KPIs.
• Attracts and hires highly engaged team to ensure right people in the right place.
• Partners with the Doctor of Optometry to elevate customer and patient experience.
• Guide team to execute all operational, inventory, and visual tasks to guidelines.
• Ensure safety programs are implemented and maintained per standards.
