Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• State licensure and/or ABO Certification (where applicable).
• 4+ years of management or supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of optical theory and merchandise.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the LensCrafters team provides unsurpassed Customer Service.
• Provide training and coaching using company programs.
• Analyze reports to improve store KPIs and action plans.
• Attract and hire highly engaged team.
• Collaborate with the Doctor of Optometry to elevate patient experience.
• Maintain safety, inventory, and visual standards.
