The ideal candidate is a licensed dispensing optician (or ABO-certified), with 2+ years in a leadership role, and a passion for eyewear and exceptional service. This full-time role emphasizes mentorship and store operations.

Qualifications

• Licensed dispensing optician in states that require a license (or ABO-certified in non-licensing states).
• 2+ years in a management position.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Clear communicator who explains complex terms to customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of Opticians, fostering development and performance on the floor.
• Uphold service standards and implement programs that boost customer loyalty.
• Collaborate with Store Leader to plan staffing and oversee the Optician Apprentice Program.
• Maintain HR policies and promote a safe, engaging store culture.
• Support store systems, inventory databases, and daily operations.
