Warby Parker is seeking an Optical Manager to lead our in-house Optical team and coach the Opticians. You will consult customers, explain prescriptions, and ensure flawless eyewear fit and standards.

Qualifications

• A licensed dispensing optician in states that require a license or ABO-certified optician in non-licensing states.
• Minimum 2+ years in a management role leading optical teams.
• Strong leadership, mentorship, and adherence to optical standards.
• Ability to clearly explain prescriptions and product options to customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of Opticians on the floor with ongoing development conversations.
• Maintain exceptional service standards and promote loyalty through store programs.
• Coordinate staffing with Store Leader and oversee Optician Apprentice Program participants.
• Uphold HR policies to foster a productive, safe culture and optimize engagement.
• Support store systems, inventory databases, and day-to-day operations.
