Qualifications

• Licensed dispensing optician in states that require a license or ABO-certified in non-licensing states.
• 2+ years of experience, including supervisor responsibilities.
• Energetic self-starter with a lifelong learner mindset.

Responsabilités

• Lead and mentor the Optical team, including Optician Apprentice Program participants.
• Foster a productive, positive employee culture in the store.
• Open and close duties as a keyholder and maintain store operations.
• Set store up for daily success by executing procedures to Warby Parker standards.
• Provide above-and-beyond service on the floor and be the main contact for customer and operational questions.
