Job summary

Warby Parker is seeking an Optical Supervisor at Perimeter Mall to lead our in-house optical team and create exceptional customer experiences. You will open/close the store as a keyholder, guide staff, and ensure quality eyewear fitting and service while upholding Warby Parker standards.

Ideal candidates are licensed dispensing opticians with ABO certification and 2+ years in a supervisory role, passionate about eyewear and helping customers.

Qualifications

• Licensed dispensing optician with active license where required.
• ABO certification preferred or required per state rules.
• Strong focus on customer service and eyewear knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with eyewear needs and measurements.
• Explain prescription terms and product offerings clearly.
• Lead and mentor optical staff including apprentices.
• Maintain store operations, inventory, and systems.
• Foster a positive, productive team environment.
