Job summary

Harmony Senior Services, LLC is seeking a Med Tech to provide quality resident care, assist with daily living activities, and help manage medications within approved practice. You will respond to calls, support activities, and maintain documentation in EMAR/MAR while upholding confidentiality and teamwork.

The role requires CNA and Med Tech licenses, high school diploma, CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain), and a reliable, compassionate approach.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Medication Aide Course completed.
• CNA and Med Tech licenses in good standing.
• Must pass medication observations annually.
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Administer prescribed medications within scope of practice.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Report incidents and concerns to supervisor.
• Complete medication cart audits and document in EMAR/MAR.
• Maintain daily log and communicate resident status clearly.
