Job summary

Qualifications

• Education and Experience Required: High school diploma or GED.
• Proficiency in English.
• Incumbent is required to maintain an active and in-good standing professional Real Estate License where mandated by law.
• Preferred: One-year related experience.
• Must be willing to work weekends and holidays as required by business needs.

Responsibilities

• Building and Maintaining Customer Base: Answer owner questions regarding use of properties and location amenities; follow up on referrals/leads from owners; monitor contract processing to minimize rescission decisions and ensure timely closings.
• Giving Sales Presentations: Deliver sales presentations, explain finance options, and close sales contracts with proper paperwork.
• Conducting and Managing Business Transactions: Review contracts and loan applications, minimize cancellations, ensure timely closings.
• Providing Service to Others: Respond to inquiries and leverage resources for guest/owner service.
• Other: Attend meetings and trainings; mentor other Sales Executives; abide by regulations around marketing activity.
