Marriott Vacations Worldwide seeks a Sales/Membership Executive to convert prospective owners into purchasers, reload existing owners, and develop referrals. Post-sale, you will maintain owner relationships to foster loyalty and future opportunities, including reloads and referrals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Proficiency in English is required.
• Must maintain an active Real Estate License where mandated by law.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a customer base by answering owner questions and following up on referrals and leads.
• Follow the sales process to present to owners and close contracts with all required paperwork.
• Review contracts and documents with customers to ensure accurate and timely closings; minimize cancellations.
• Provide ongoing service to owners and develop reload and referral opportunities.
