Travel + Leisure Co. seeks an energetic vacation ownership sales professional in Hawaii. You will conduct in-person presentations at resort sales centers, build rapport with owners, and articulate the benefits of traveling with Travel + Leisure.

The role includes training and requires a Hawaii Real Estate License, with prequalified leads and a commission-based earnings structure. Initial paid training covers our sales process, product knowledge, and sales psychology.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of sales experience required.
• Must maintain production standards.
• Must have Hawaii real estate license.
• Initial Paid Training covering sales process and product knowledge.
• Ability to overcome objections and work in a luxury sales cycle.
• Energetic, outgoing and tenacious.

Responsibilities

• Conduct face-to-face presentations in our sales centers.
• Build rapport with current owners and articulate travel benefits.
• Generate sales through transactions and closing techniques.
• Attend ongoing sales and career training.
• Meet or exceed performance goals (20% training, 80% selling).

Education

Hawaii Real Estate License

High School Diploma or equivalent
