Marriott Vacations Worldwide is seeking an energetic Sales/Membership Executive to convert prospective owners into purchasers and reload owners through effective follow-up on referrals and leads.

You will tailor the sales experience to each prospect, present tours and benefits, and guide contracts through to completion with accurate paperwork. Weekend availability and compliance with regulations are required.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required; active Real Estate License where mandated by law.
• Proficiency in English.
• One-year related experience preferred.
• Must be willing to work weekends and holidays as required by business needs.

Responsabilidades

• Answer owner questions regarding use of properties and location amenities; make recommendations.
• Follow up on referrals/leads from owners.
• Fulfill requests from owners or prospects regarding pricing, property maps, and portfolio information.
• Contact owners to monitor satisfaction and develop business opportunities.
• Develop and maintain records on customer contacts for effective follow-up.
• Monitor contract processing to minimize rescission decisions and ensure timely closings.
• Follow Consultative Sales Process during owner presentations and build trust.
• Demonstrate needs discovery to tailor sales presentations and tours.
• Close the sales contract with complete and notarized paperwork.
• Attend daily meetings and continue training to improve sales performance
