Job summary

Marriott Ownership Resorts, Inc. is seeking a Coordinator Marketing In House in Hawaii to schedule sales presentations, manage expectations and deliver exceptional guest experiences for Owners and guests.

You will contribute to hitting sales targets while upholding brand standards and hospitality excellence. The role requires engaging with guests, balancing product knowledge with outstanding customer service, and working across shifts including holidays and weekends in a dynamic timeshare

Qualifications

Experience in sales or customer service.
Willing to work various shifts, holidays and weekends.
Concierge or sales experience preferred.
Background check and drug screening may be required.
Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods.

Responsibilities

Schedules sales presentations and manages customer expectations.
Provides the highest level of service to exceed budgeted sales presentations and volume production goals.
Ensures that all Owners and guests attending a sales presentation meet eligibility requirements and are open to learning more about products and services.
Use persuasive techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty.
