Marriott Vacations Worldwide on Marco Island is seeking a full-time Sales/Membership Executive to convert prospective owners into purchasers and reload current owners, while delivering exceptional service and managing the contract process.

You will present vacation ownership options, follow up on referrals, and ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and timely to maximize owner satisfaction and future opportunities.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Proficiency in English.
• Active Real Estate license as required by law.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain customer base by engaging prospective owners and following up on referrals.
• Guide owners through the sales process and contract paperwork.
• Present vacation ownership options and explain finance/closing details.
• Monitor contracts and ensure timely closings and accurate documentation.
• Provide ongoing service to owners to drive reloads and referrals.
