Travel + Leisure Co. in Hawaii seeks a proactive sales professional to present to current owners and illustrate the benefits of vacation ownership with our luxury brands.

The role involves face-to-face consultations at resort sales centers, building rapport, and driving sales through effective closing techniques. Training is provided; travel is limited to the home site area; applicants should have 1–3 years in vacation ownership sales and a Hawaii real estate license.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of sales experience required.
• Must hold Hawaii Real Estate License.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to overcome objections and perform within a luxury sales cycle.
• Energetic, outgoing and tenacious.

Responsibilities

• Conduct face-to-face presentations at our state-of-the-art sales centers located at our resorts.
• Find commonality with current owners and articulate the benefits of traveling with Travel + Leisure.
• Generate sales through initializing transactions and closing techniques; leads are prequalified.
• Attend ongoing, advanced sales and career training.
• Follow company policies, compliance standards, and regulatory requirements.
