Job summary

State Farm Insurance Agencies seeks a licensed Insurance Customer Service professional to join our team. You’ll serve clients, process policy changes, handle billing inquiries, and provide claims support while delivering friendly, accurate service and building lasting relationships.

You’ll educate clients on Auto, Home, Life, and Health options using a needs-based approach, proactively follow up to ensure satisfaction, and support daily agency operations with an eye toward growth.
