Job summary

Kingfisher Recruiting is seeking a licensed Counselor (LCPC or LCSW) to join a behavioral health team serving a school-based health center and a rural outpatient clinic in Shelby, MT.

This full-time role offers flexibility, autonomy in clinical practice, and meaningful work with both children and adults. Typical schedule is 8:00 AM–5:00 PM or four 10-hour days with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Active LCPC or LCSW license required.
• Fully licensed only; provisional licenses not accepted.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient counseling services to children and adults.
• Work across two settings: school-based health center and outpatient clinic.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Document care in accordance with clinical standards and regulations.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to patient needs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary clinical teams to support holistic patient care.
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation.
• Uphold ethical standards and comply with state and organizational requirements.
