Professional Recruiting Consultants, Inc. is seeking a Licensed Counselor (LCPC or LCSW) for a role serving both school-based health services and a rural outpatient clinic in Shelby, MT.

The position offers a flexible mix of school-based and main outpatient duties with Monday–Friday hours. The ideal candidate holds an active LCPC or LCSW license, is fully licensed, and is comfortable working with children and adults in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Active LCPC or LCSW license required.
• Fully licensed only (no provisional licenses).
• Open to all experience levels, including newly licensed clinicians.
• Willing to work with children; pediatric experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient counseling services to children and adults.
• Work across School-based health center (≈3 days/week) and main outpatient clinic.
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, document care per standards.
• Deliver evidence-based interventions tailored to patient needs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support holistic care.
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation.
• Uphold ethical standards and regulatory requirements.
• Deliver patient-centered care with flexible session length and approach.
