Job summary

SteveRecruiter, LLC is seeking a Licensed Counselor (LCPC or LCSW) for outpatient and school-based health center roles in Shelby, MT. The clinician will serve both children and adults in a rural setting with flexible session structures and autonomy in practice.

In this full-time role, you’ll split time between a school-based health center and a community outpatient clinic, conducting assessments, treatment planning, and evidence-based interventions while collaborating with an interdisciplinary

Qualifications

• Active LCPC or LCSW license required.
• Fully licensed only; provisional licenses not accepted.
• Open to all experience levels, including new clinicians.
• Willing to work with children; pediatric experience helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient counseling to children and adults.
• Work at school-based health center and main outpatient clinic.
• Perform assessments, create treatment plans, document care.
• Deliver evidence-based interventions tailored to patient needs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and meet regulatory standards.
• Uphold ethical standards and flexible session approaches.
