Sun Recruiting, Inc. seeks a Licensed Counselor (LCPC or LCSW) in Shelby, MT to join a behavioral health team serving a school-based health center and a community outpatient clinic.

The role offers flexibility, autonomy, and meaningful work with children and adults. Eligible candidates will provide outpatient services, conduct assessments, develop plans, and document care while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Active LCPC or LCSW license required.
• Fully licensed only (no provisional licenses).
• Open to all experience levels, including newly licensed clinicians.
• Candidates must be willing and comfortable working with children (pediatric experience helpful but not required).

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient counseling services to children and adults
• Work across two settings: School-based health center (approximately 3 days per week) and Main outpatient clinic serving the general public
• Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop treatment plans, and document care in accordance with clinical and regulatory standards
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to patient needs
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary clinical teams to support holistic patient care
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation
• Uphold ethical standards and comply with all state and organizational requirements
• Deliver patient-centered care with flexibility in session length and treatment approach

Skills
