Client Growth Resources, Inc. is seeking a Licensed Counselor (LCPC or LCSW) for an outpatient and school-based health center role in Shelby, MT. The position combines clinic work with school-based sessions, offering flexible schedules and meaningful patient impact.

The role supports both children and adults, with a focus on comprehensive assessments, evidence-based interventions, and collaborative care within a supportive behavioral health team.

Qualifications

• Active LCPC or LCSW license required.
• Fully licensed only (no provisional licenses).
• Open to all experience levels, including newly licensed clinicians.
• Willing and comfortable working with children.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient counseling services to children and adults.
• Work across two settings: School-based health center and outpatient clinic.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop treatment plans, and document care.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to patient needs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary clinical teams to support holistic patient care.
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation.
• Uphold ethical standards and comply with all state and organizational requirements.
• Deliver patient-centered care with flexibility in session length and treatment approach.
