Job summary

Talent Solutions Partners in Shelby, MT seeks a Licensed Counselor (LCPC or LCSW) for a full-time outpatient role serving a school-based health center and community clinic. Flexible schedule with 8-hr or four 10-hour days, Monday–Friday options.

You will provide counseling to children and adults, complete assessments, develop treatment plans, and document care while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team in a rural setting. Licensure is required.

Qualifications

• Active LCPC or LCSW license required.
• Fully licensed only (no provisional).
• Open to all experience levels, including newly licensed clinicians.
• Willing to work with children; pediatric experience helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient counseling services to children and adults.
• Work across school-based health center and main outpatient clinic.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Deliver evidence-based therapies tailored to patient needs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support holistic care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Uphold ethics and comply with state and organizational requirements.
• Deliver patient-centered care with flexible session lengths and approaches.
