Hire Consulting Services in Shelby, MT seeks a Licensed Counselor (LCPC or LCSW) for outpatient and school-based health center roles in a rural setting. The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM or four 10-hour days, with compensation of $33–$38 per hour plus relocation incentive and sign-on bonus.

The counselor will serve both children and adults, providing assessments, treatment planning, and evidence-based therapy within a collaborative health team.

Qualifications

• Active LCPC or LCSW license required.
• Fully licensed only (no provisional licenses).
• Open to all experience levels, including newly licensed clinicians.
• Willingness to work with children is required or highly encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient counseling services to children and adults.
• Work across two settings: school-based health center and main outpatient clinic.
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, document care per standards.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions and tailor to patient needs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary clinical teams to support patient care.
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation.
• Uphold ethical standards and comply with state and organizational requirements.
• Deliver patient-centered care with flexible session lengths.
