Qualifications

• Active LCPC or LCSW license required.
• Fully licensed only (no provisional licenses).
• Open to all experience levels, including newly licensed clinicians.
• Willing and comfortable working with children; pediatric experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient counseling services to children and adults.
• Work across two settings: school-based health center (~3 days/week) and main outpatient clinic.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans; document care per standards.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to patient needs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary clinical teams to support holistic care.
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation.
• Uphold ethical standards and comply with state and organizational requirements.
• Deliver patient-centered care with flexible session lengths and approaches.
