Your Talent Team in Shelby, MT is seeking a licensed counselor (LCPC or LCSW) for outpatient and school-based health center work in a rural setting. The role offers flexibility, autonomy in clinical practice, and meaningful work with both children and adults.

The position is full-time, typically 8:00 AM–5:00 PM or four 10-hour days, with compensation of $33–$38 per hour and relocation incentive & sign-on bonus. The team values collaborative care and sustainable workloads.

Qualifications

• Active LCPC or LCSW license required.
• Fully licensed only (no provisional licenses).
• Open to all experience levels.
• Willing to work with children; pediatric experience helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient counseling services to children and adults.
• Work across two settings: School-based health center (≈3 days/week) and main outpatient clinic.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Document care in accordance with clinical and regulatory standards.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to patient needs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary clinical teams to support holistic patient care.
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation.
• Uphold ethical standards and comply with state and organizational requirements.
