The position supports autonomy in clinical practice and serves both children and adults in a rural setting. The candidate must be fully licensed (LCPC or LCSW) with comfort working with pediatric populations; weekdays, standard hours, and a relocation incentive

Qualifications

• Active LCPC or LCSW license required
• Fully licensed;Provisional licenses not accepted
• Open to all experience levels, including newly licensed clinicians
• Willing to work with children (pediatric experience helpful)

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient counseling services to children and adults
• Work across two settings: school-based health center ~3 days/week and main outpatient clinic
• Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop treatment plans, document care per standards
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to patient needs
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support holistic patient care
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation
• Uphold ethical standards and comply with state and organizational requirements
• Deliver patient-centered care with flexible session lengths and approaches
