Community Partner Group is seeking a motivated Real Estate Buyer’s Specialist to join our energetic team in Virginia Beach, VA. You will perform in-depth market research, assist clients in discovering their ideal homes, and leverage strong negotiation skills to close favorable deals.

You will generate leads, host open houses, conduct buyer consultations, and manage offers, with ongoing coaching and team collaboration to fuel your growth in a fast-paced real estate market.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Generate weekly lead generation activities and follow-up.

• Draft and negotiate offers on behalf of buyers.

Responsibilities

• Implement weekly lead generation system requirements
• Host open houses
• Transform prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments
• Engage in weekly script practice according to team standards
• Participate in team events as per established standards
• Dedicate to weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, weekly trainings, and Partner Calls
• Provide consultations to buyers, secure signed buyer agreements, and identify suitable homes
• Compose and negotiate offers on behalf of your buyers
• Monitor activities and manage client information using your CRM
