Your Opportunity

Are you passionate about real estate and eager to make a meaningful impact in the industry? We are looking for a driven, proactive Real Estate Listing Specialist to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities

• Graduate from Community Partner Group- PLACE Agent Launch
• Execute lead generations systems weekly
• Conduct six open houses during your 90 Day Agent Launch Program
• Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session (optionally remote), remote weekly trainings and remote Partner Call
• Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market homes
• Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services
• Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers
• Track activities and clients in your own CRM

Compensation

$150,000 - $200,000 USD Yearly
