Responsibilities

• Execute lead generation systems expectations weekly
• Conduct open houses
• Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings, and Partner Call
• Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
• Write and negotiate offers on behalf of your buyers
• Track activities and clients with the best CRM in the business.

Qualifications

We're looking for hungry, driven leaders who are willing to commit 40 hours a week to building an uncapped real estate career. We want the agents who want to make a difference in people's lives. The people who care about helping the single mom buy a $200,000 condo just as much as they care about the $2,000,000 listing.
