Positive Behavior Supports Corp. seeks an LABA/Program Manager to oversee ABA service delivery across multiple teams in Washington. You will ensure continuity of care, uphold clinical standards, and support staff growth while coordinating with regional colleagues for optimal client outcomes.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, organizational skills, and adherence to PBS Corp. policies and state regulations, with potential for hybrid work and bilingual capabilities in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure as required by Washington state regulations.
• Bachelor's degree and 1000 field work hours with 1 year ABA experience.
• Complete WAC-based supervised experience requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure policy/regulatory compliance.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs.
• Ensure all required documentation (E Sign, compliance forms) is completed on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support supervisees’ professional development.
• Uphold licensure and certification standards in clinical practice.
